Contract Periods

Academic Year	42 weeks	1 February to 22 November 2018
First Semester	22 weeks	1 February to 5 July 2018
Second Semester	22 weeks	5 July to 6 December 2018

Students may arrive at the lodge prior to the semester starting. Your contract starts the day you arrive at the lodge and continues for the full period, regardless of the start and end dates of the semester. Fortnightly payments are collected by direct debit from an Australian bank account. For domestic students, a direct debit authority from an Australian Bank Account is required, in lieu of a bond. International students have the option of two contracts – 42 weeks paid in full, in advance or 22 weeks paid in full, in advance.

Compulsory Fees

In addition, an administration / cleaning fee of $400 applies for the first contract.
Thereafter, for subsequent contracts administration / cleaning fee reduces to $150 per contract.
